1. Digital Products (Beats & Downloads)

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not issue refunds or exchanges once the files have been delivered.

2. Merch Apparel

Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
